1. Book Now, Pay Later?

Online booking is absolutely free of charge. You pay your local engineer as per normal when he attends to your repair. Book now, pay later!

 

2. Is the repair guaranteed?

Our parts are guaranteed for up to 12 months

 

3. Can I book a repair over the phone?

4. How long does it take to get parts?

Many parts are kept in stock in the engineers van. Where they need to be ordered it would depend on the make and age of the oven but most parts can be delivered by the following day.

 

5. Is there a return to fit charge?

We do not charge to return to fit your part. Return to fit is FREE.

 

6. Is there a booking fee?

No there is no booking fee. Your booking is FREE of charge.

 

6. Is there a call out charge?

No there is no call out charge. Our fee includes a diagnosis, service and repair where possible.
